Managing Director
John R Facer, Managing Director, and founder of Ace Finance Aust Pty Ltd has been in the construction, development and the finance industry for many years.
John was born in Sydney and educated at St Bridget’s College in the Eastern suburbs, and continued his studies at Sydney Technical College, Broadway, where he obtained the highest passes in 1971 and 1972 and successfully completing his Building Certificate Diploma. John also obtained building licences in Victoria, NSW, and Queensland.
John relocated to the Gold Coast in the late 70’s and continued his career in the development and construction industry supervising many landmark high-rise buildings including Aquarius 40 storeys, Peninsula 47 storeys and Crown Towers 42 storeys on the Gold Coast. John also extensive experience is low rise residential construction/ development, land subdivisions and funding projects from beginning to end.
John’s expertise and knowledge in the development, construction and funding industry is unsurpassed and he will be able to assist you on all facets of your development.
